Chicilia obtained her bachelor degree from University of Tarumanagara, majoring in public relations. For the past two years, she has been awarded with two scholarships due to her academic achievement in academic from two different institutions. From the two scholarships, she received grants due to her active role in various student organizations and her outstanding academic record.
She shows great enthusiasm and passion in community relations and youth empowerment, where she actively encouraging youth to acknowledge their passion and interest for positive outcomes, such as helping poor society trough a fundraising activities and creating creative events for talented young people. During her period as a college student, Chicilia was also involved in a community empowerment project at Rusunawa Pesakih, West Jakarta, for a six months period. The project was aimed to provide relevant soft skills for Rusunawa Pesakih youth through the formation of a stable, long-term, and influential youth organization.
Prior to joining ID COMM, Chicilia was working as a public relation intern at Nutrifood, one of the largest and reputable fast moving consumer goods company in Indonesia where she mainly managed and supported the media relations program for its prominent brands including NutriSari, Tropicana Slim, L-Men, HiLo, and W’dank. She was also responsible to build community relations torelevant stakeholders, support in managing creative events, and also function as content developer for the company’s official digital platform.
Currently, Chicilia takes role as Associate at ID Comm where she supports marketing communication team in designing and implementing communication strategy for Bio-Oil, Kose Cosmeport, Kapal Api, Corine De Farme, Tao Kae Noi AXA Financial Indonesia, and Pesta Pendidikan 2018.
