The Challenge

Known as a successful local group in property sector, today, Ciputra expands its commitment to insurance industry. With clear vision to build innovative protection for Indonesian family, Ciputra Life is officially launched in May 2017 after obtained its permit from OJK back in December 2016.

Ciputra Life will be focusing on building business through partnership within the group, Tunas Group, and other potential partners in finance and non-finance sector who shares the same vision.

Our Approach

ID COMM was appointed by Ciputra Life to officially launch its presence in Indonesia by conducting a media conference. Having the same passion to educate more Indonesian people to be insurance-literate, ID COMM develop positive narratives of the company and its commitment for the local people, to be further acknowledged by media and larger Indonesian public. ID COMM was there to assist Ciputra Life step-by-step initial event to really get its messages across.

The Result

The media conference resulted in 60 journalists attendance and the success of the event has lead Ciputra Life to continue its strategic partnership with ID COMM to continue building its visibility in Indonesia.
