Bhayu brings together more than two decades of experience across various market stages in Indonesia, includes market entry, business and category leadership, expansion, merger and acquisition, as well as crisis management with knowledge, skills and network across technology sector, including over-the-top (OTT) platforms, financial sector (banking and life insurance), oil and gas, mining, pharmaceutical, telecommunication, and many more.

Bhayu boasts a distinguished nine-year career as a broadcast journalist, rising from field reporter to Producer and Current Affairs Manager. Bhayu has applied his media expertise at both multinational and local PR agencies, refining his strategic skills. Known for his proactive approach and impactful leadership, Bhayu also nurtures his creativity through reading books and engaging in gaming. These interests enrich his strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, enhancing his effectiveness in supporting and leading his team and clients.

At the industrial level, Bhayu is currently serving as Deputy II at the Association of Indonesian Public Relations Companies (APPRI) 2024-2027, responsible for Public Relations and Industrial Partnerships.
