ID COMM implements a multifaceted approach by engaging a wide array of stakeholders including policymakers, government, civil society organizations, community groups, the media, international development partners, and world organizations. ID COMM supports stakeholders in crafting and executing strategies that advance collective welfare and national objectives, through effective policy and public advocacy that align with national priorities and foster consensus-building.
Bringing Development Issues into Public Attention
As a new organization, CISDI appointed ID COMM to co-navigate its establishment, particularly in positioning and developing its portfolio in public health advocacy. Internally, we were integral members of the core team, facilitating staff mentoring to align with the envisioned direction.
Advance Knowledge and Skills for Sustainable Growth (AKSI)
AKSI, a collaboration between Indonesia's Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education and the Asian Development Bank, aims to improve the country's higher education system for inclusive economic growth. ID COMM is appointed to enhance the reputation of the project's four universities' Centers of Excellence (CoE).
European Union Policy Outreach and Partnership
The European Union aims to foster connections with Indonesian government stakeholders, development partners, diplomatic communities, civil society groups, and the media. ID COMM consultants were appointed by the EU to devise program and implementation strategies known as European Union Policy Outreach and Partnership (EUPOP).

Together with UNICEF, ID COMM effectively engaged the target audience in only three months and prompted action to celebrate World Children's Day. ID COMM adopted UNICEF's global guidelines, put them into a local context, and leveraged its networks to transform the digital campaign into a festive celebration.
Putting Peatlands on the Map
ID COMM was appointed by The Indonesian Peatland Restoration Agency to generate positive event coverage to attract support from key stakeholders, crucial for the Agency's multi-sectoral approach. Coordination with ministries, local governments, CSOs, and donors is key.
Transitioning Literature into the Digital Age
Enticing people to read has been a struggle in Jakarta. Through digitizing literature, ID COMM has removed barriers to access, turning reading into a community effort by delivering the library directly to the public, eliminating the excuse of lacking time to visit one.
Helping People Who are Helping the Future
Indonesia Mengajar aimed to increase awareness of the program's mission and effectively disseminate its best practices. ID COMM welcomed the collaboration opportunity with Indonesia Mengajar as the mission symbolizes hope for Indonesia's future. During the engagement, ID COMM garnered increased support to expand educational opportunities for all.
7 Minutes for a Lifetime
Save the Children partnered with ID COMM for the "Seven Minute Campaign" to raise awareness of maternal and child health protection. ID COMM's involvement in this campaign aligned with the team's personal and professional values.
Semua Murid, Semua Guru
Pesta Pendidikan appointed ID COMM as its communication partner for its inaugural community event in Indonesia's education sector. ID COMM actively translated their deep understanding of national education issues to media networks and utilized various communication channels for robust publication and engagement results.
